IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using PayBest.io. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayBest.io platform (“PayBest,” “we,” “our”), which provides technology, onboarding, and user interface services enabling access to financial services operated by licensed third-party partners.
PayBest does not provide banking, custody, or money transmission services.
Banking and custodial services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC.
Money transmission and payment processing services are provided by Vita Wallet SpA and/or its affiliates (“Vita Wallet”).
By creating an account, you enter into a direct financial relationship with Vita Wallet and Lead Bank. PayBest provides the interface, support, communication, and onboarding used to access those services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Account”: Your USD digital payment account issued by Lead Bank and operated by Vita Wallet.
“Platform”: The PayBest.io website, dashboard, integrations, and all related digital interfaces.
“User,” “you,” or “your”: Any individual, sole proprietor, freelancer, or business entity using the Platform.
“Services”: All features and functionalities accessible through the Platform, including onboarding, payment reception, transfers, funding, foreign exchange, and payouts.
“Partner Institutions”: Lead Bank, Vita Wallet, and any other regulated institutions supporting the Services.
“Authorized Sources”: Amazon, verified marketplaces, U.S.-based platforms, and approved B2B clients.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use PayBest:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must register as: a legally established business entity, or a freelancer or sole proprietor with valid documentation.
You must complete all required KYC/KYB verification.
You must not be located in or a resident of a sanctioned jurisdiction.
You must not appear on OFAC, UN, EU, or similar sanctions lists.
3.1 Required Documentation
You may be required to submit:
Business registration documents (if applicable)
Tax identification numbers
Proof of address
Government-issued identification
Bank account information for withdrawals
Additional documents requested by Vita Wallet or Lead Bank
Account activation may take 3–7 business days after complete documentation is received.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not sell, share, or transfer your account.
4. Nature of the Account
Your Account is a:
Custodial, non-interest-bearing USD digital payment account
issued by Lead Bank and operated by Vita Wallet.
The Account is designed to:
Receive USD payments from Amazon, U.S. marketplaces, and verified B2B clients
Receive earnings from U.S. platforms
Send payments to 50+ countries
Convert USD to local currencies
Transfer funds globally (including SWIFT withdrawals)
4.1 Not a Traditional Bank Account
Your Account:
Iis not a checking or savings account
Iis not owned directly by you at Lead Bank
Does not earn interest
iis not a brokerage or investment account
You authorize PayBest to share your information with Vita Wallet and Lead Bank for compliance, onboarding, and account operations.
5. Funding Rules
Funds may only be loaded into your Account via:
U.S. domestic bank accounts (ACH or wire)
Bank accounts located in: Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina
Funds from unsupported jurisdictions will be rejected.
Cash deposits, money orders, and anonymous transfers are not allowed.
5.1 Chile-Specific Restriction
Due to banking and regulatory requirements:
IIn Chile, deposits may only be made from personal (individual) bank accounts.
Corporate bank accounts in Chile cannot send deposits to your PayBest USD account.
This restriction may change depending on Lead Bank/Vita Wallet policies.
6. Payments & Transfers
6.1 Receiving Payments
You may receive payments from:
Amazon Seller Central
E-commerce marketplaces
U.S.-based digital platforms
Verified B2B clients
Other sources approved by Vita Wallet
Payments may be delayed or rejected if suspected of:
Fraud
Prohibited activity
Violations of sanctions
Mismatched sender information
6.2 Sending Payments
You may send payments:
To over 50 supported countries via Vita Wallet
Via SWIFT (where available)
To vendors, suppliers, or your own accounts
Additional verification may be required for certain transfers.
6.3 Processing Times
Most payments: 1–2 business days
International transfers: up to 5 business days
SWIFT: varies by destination and intermediaries
7. Foreign Exchange (FX)
FX conversions are provided by Vita Wallet using:
Real-time exchange rates
Internal liquidity models
Applicable fees disclosed in the Platform
Rates may vary depending on market volatility.
8. Fees
Fees may include:
FX spreads
Transfer fees
Compliance or verification fees
SWIFT intermediary fees
Third-party bank charges
All applicable fees are disclosed in the Platform and may change periodically.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PayBest for:
Money laundering, structuring, or financial crime
Terrorism financing
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Illegal gambling
Adult content payments (unless explicitly approved)
Transactions involving crypto assets
Transactions with sanctioned countries, persons, or entities
Tax evasion or capital control evasion
Processing payments on behalf of third parties
Shell company activity without commercial purpose
Sale of illegal or restricted goods
High-risk industries without prior approval
PayBest, Vita Wallet, and Lead Bank may freeze or close accounts suspected of prohibited use.
10. Compliance & Verification
You agree to:
Provide all required KYC/KYB information
Update business or personal data as needed
Cooperate in AML/CTF investigations
Provide invoices, contracts, or supporting documents when requested
Certify the lawful origin of funds
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your Account if:
You violate these Terms
Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
Requested documentation is not provided
Required by regulatory authorities
Requested by Vita Wallet or Lead Bank
Funds may be held during investigations to comply with laws.
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
All funds must be withdrawn before closure.
12. Limits
Your Account may be subject to:
Per-transaction limits
Daily or monthly limits
FX or withdrawal limits
These may be adjusted based on risk assessment.
13. Liability
PayBest is not liable for:
Delays or failures of banks or payment networks
Disputes with marketplaces or counterparties
FX rate variations
Rejected transfers
System outages beyond our control
Regulatory actions affecting Vita Wallet or Lead Bank
13.1 No Warranty
Services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
13.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PayBest against losses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Iillegal activity
Misuse of the Services
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting: n[email protected]
15.2 Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, following American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree not to participate in class-action lawsuits or collective arbitration.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
17. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures.
We may share your information with:
Vita Wallet
Lead Bank
Regulatory authorities
Approved service providers
We do not sell your personal information.
18. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to PayBest or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform.
19. Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications.
You must keep your contact information up to date.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
Invalid provisions will be modified to remain enforceable.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
You may not assign your rights without consent.
PayBest may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors.
We are not responsible for force majeure events.
21. Acknowledgment
BY ACCESSING OR USING PAYBEST.IO, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

By using this site, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Your USD account is a custodial, non-interest-bearing digital payment account operated under Vita Wallet and Lead Bank.
Funds may only be loaded from U.S. domestic bank accounts or banks in Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina.
In Chile, deposits are permitted only from personal accounts.
Transfers may be subject to limits, verification, and compliance review.
All fees, FX rates, and processing times are displayed within the Platform.
